We recently received a picture of soldiers in their uniforms holding up none other than MIL-COMM TW25B®. There was a note attached thanking us for keeping them alive because their guns did not fail them, did not jam up on the battlefield.
We were speechless…blown away. We are a family and employee-owned business, and the words truly touched our hearts and validated everything we’re doing here at Mil-Comm.
We’re not in this business merely to earn a profit. We’ll never become powerful or famous. So why are we so passionate about pushing the limit of lubrication and its often critical benefits?
Our mission is to keep the weaponry of those who keep us safe functioning reliably, safely, so they can – without exaggeration — continue to protect all of us and our families. These soldiers put their lives on the line daily, and we want them to come home safely to their families, too.
If their guns fail, they’re defenseless, and we won’t let that happen. Soldiers already have too much to worry about — they should be able to trust their weapons to defend them at all times.
You can’t beat this kind of real-life testimony to the quality of your product. Being told that what we’ve developed is having the critical impact we intended, we couldn’t ask for any more inspiration.
Some businesses might consider a customer note like this to be no big deal, but, for us, this kind of affirmation drives us to push even harder to innovate and get our unique products out there to the masses.
